Impression from recruiting process was not serious. I was truly worried if such practices were mirrored in the internal processes, so I decided not to pursue any further.
I was invited to 1.5 hours long interview with recruiting manager and HR via Skype. The actual interview lasted excrutiating 2.5 hours, but kept me engaged thanks log-out & log-in every 45 minutes (seriously???) since Mirabaud opted for a free basic Skype version.
The level of questions varied from very specific like "I will give you list of abbreviations and you tell me which ones you have previous experience with" to others like "go now to Mirabaud internet site, look at the picture of the family and describe what do you see?"
As you can imagine, I was struck by this refreshing idosyncrasy during interview I would not have otherwise expected from a financial instutition.
When I finally got a chance to ask and clarify the key upcoming initiatives which the successful candidate will be expected to work on, the recruiting manager´s taste for precision dried up and I only got an ambigiuous answer about "big transformation that will dramatically change the bank".

Entrevista
Very professional from the beginning. The RH was wonderful and made me feel at ease. I saw two managers and the interviews went well, basic questions about competencies and experiences. Positive feedback.
