I interviewed for the IP department at this firm. I was interviewed by basically the whole department. Two associates, (one of whom I'd be working with), Law clerk (also worked with), associate, and partner. The interview went very well being that I came into the company with 10+ years experience in IP and they seemed to feel very confident adding me to their firm. Everything they asked (technical and otherwise) was already something I was proficient in or had no problem tackling.

Received interview via phone screen. Very easy and straightforward as I was a new graduate. Overall, a professional phone screen that really just gaged my experience, future goals and what I knew about Mintz.
