Mintz Levin was one of the few law firms doing on-campus recruiting at my university. From the beginning, their recruiting process stood out among others as being one that was professional yet personal. They offered several information sessions both on and off site. After applications, they had a two-round interview with the project analysts. Sincerity, demonstrated interest in the legal field, and a commitment to your community seemed to be big attributes.
Great interview experience, interviewers were respectful and jumped in to ease the tension when I froze up. Questions were pretty standard, but they included a more creative curveball question at the end.

Standard, two-stage interview. One with the recruitment manager and one with two project analysts from the New York and Boston offices. Entire interview lasted around 45 minutes. Two different rounds of interviews.
