3 rounds of interview, one with the recruiter, one online with the hiring manager and one in the office with SVP. No tests required or tasks to be prepared, just the standard process when you answer their questions on your past experiences.

Quick initial call with HR just to understand better my objectives and the role.
Then an interview with the regional managers where the previous experience and some attitudinal questions are asked.
The third and final phase is a roleplay to show your presentation and negotiation skils.
