Basic employment history. Role play/example of good and bad customer experience and solution/result . Explaination of duties, daily requirements as well as expectations asked if we can perform these tasks as well as hours. Email test for both speed and proper email etiquette when sending/responding to customers in a professional manner.

As well as had experience and the outcome/solution.
The interview process went very well. I was hired by the second interview and the hiring managers make you feel very comfortable and make it feel like you are having a conversation amongst friends.

What do you expect out of the company that you will be working for?
The interview was quick and thorough. We started with a phone conversation then we were placed in a group interview on Zoom. We each spoke about ourselves then played games to test our computer skills.
