Was contacted by Owner through email, after discussing job through email; we decided to meet for an in person interview. We reviewed my resume and discussed my experience. He described the position to me that he was offering and gave me time to think on it. We small talked for a half hour about me and how i recently moved to the area. Very casual and informative interview.
