Gave me 4 projects before the first interview after they "loved" my portfolio. The assignment included 2 projects they are obviously working on for their next initiatives. They gave me a holiday weekend to complete the assignment and they just responded with an email saying they went a different way. I'm highly skilled in design and know I gave good work which makes me believe this was just to get inspiration for their next projects. The work was unpaid. I don't recommend interviewing here.
