Interview was untraditional. Going into it I knew to expect a group interview but unsure of how it was going to go. To my surprise it was a great experience to get to know the company and the regional manger/store managers. Tasks given were to test our ability to work as a group and collaborate and to see what our personalities were like. We were split into different group sizes for different tasks. The interview was fun and it was good to interact with the other applicants.
