Beginning half was a “trial shift” where I was given an area to interact with customers, however none of the workers were observing me at all and all seemed to be doing their own thing, including the manager. The second half I was just asked about my availability. No interview questions asked at all, which despite being disappointing as I did prepare endlessly was expected as in the interview description it was mentioned that the second half was just a chat about availability, I guess it’s better to be more prepared and safe than sorry so familiarise yourself with the company, why you would want to work for them, what interests you and prepare a product to present (questions combined from a range of interviews). I’m not sure if they’ve already picked someone from before hand but as I mentioned before they had no interest in my interview. It’s only been a day so hopefully I’m wrong and get an offer🙏.
