HR sent an email to me to check when I can do the phone interview and I said I would be avaibile at 11:30am but HR called me after 12pm. When I did the phone interview, I always cannot hear the questions clearly because of too much noise of HR's space. So I always checked the questions, HR felt impatient. I think the most important of phone interview is keep your space quiet and let each other can hear and answer clearly. After some questions, HR asked me do I have any other questions and I said no. HR just hang out the phone immediately. This is really impolite for me!!!
