Applied online and a couple days later was called in for an interview. I was asked a couple questions about my work habits and how I would respond to certain situations. It was a simple interview.

They ask why you want to work there, and you just say that you want to work for a company that doesn't care about employees or workers rights.
Don't work for this company unless you need quick money for a job that you don't care much about, and don't work for this company if you cannot handle rude people on a daily basis.
