Lady seemed kinda rude like she was better than me so that instantly put me off. She was asking me questions about my current job as if I was making things up.

Tell me about yourself and what’s good customer service to you
Easy, detailed and non-judgemental. The manager was a very nice person who just wanted the basic information, no elaborate questions or expectations. It was over in a few minutes and later that same day I received a message asking me if I would be available to start x day x shift. Very swift process.
