I received an email after a week from sending my video cover letter and application on my 1st interview date.
It wasn't a great interview and I did not find it difficult or anything unique, a approach as how the company projects in terms of hiring candidates.
I believe Mindvalley is more focused on hiring freshers and less experienced people. I don't see them give much importance to your overall capability by weighing on all areas of a candidate like skills, experience and passion. The interviewer did not ask anything about passion or my vision which was really surprising for a company which focuses so much on it. Mostly the questions were very general "standard interview type of questions" which you would see in any other jobs! The last question was about my salary expectations and after sharing what I expected which wasn't too high for my experience and skills , I felt the interviewer quickly tried to end the whole interview process by drawing things to conclusion. Honestly I felt I was suitable for the role considering my background experience, skills and passion towards transformational education. I had seem video cover letters of candidates who does not seem to have even the basic skills who seem to have hired.
