Interview was extremely relaxed. I normally am pretty nervous in interviews. The more interviews I've had, and the more confident I've gotten in my skillset, the more relaxed I've been. Still, I didn't feel flustered at all, and was offered the time to talk up my skills and past accomplishments in my own way, rather than being asked a set of very structured questions that rigidly sequenced the way I was able to sell my skillset. In other words, I don't do well when my hand is held through the interview process. I do better when I can more naturally describe my history and knowledge as if I was in a normally conversation. I made a mistake in my understanding of the biggest interview in the process that I thought might sink my chances, and yet they were empathetic to the mistake and accommodating to the resulting changes they had to make in the interview. I got an offer not 10 minutes after leaving the office. Was all-around the best interview experience I've ever had.
