Entrevista
I went through 3 rounds of interviews, which consisted of nine separate interviews in the span of 11 days. One was conducted on the phone, and all of the others were via Zoom or Teams. Everyone was incredibly nice; they answered every questions I had, and each conversation flowed.
My experience was negative, simply because I was rushed through these interviews and consistently told that they loved me and would be making me an offer. Two weeks after my final interview (in which I, again, was told I would be receiving an offer), I reached out for an update. Someone phoned me and told me they were now considering me for a lower position than I had interviewed for and were working on a timeline. I get an email once a month telling me that my candidacy is still being considered, but no offer has ever come. It felt as though they interviewed me for a role that wasn't actually available.

What is your experience with managing a team? What is your experience with managing clients? How do you handle difficult conversations with clients/subordinates?
Had 9 separate interviews and was ultimately ghosted (despite being told multiple times that I would be receiving an offer). They reached back out to me about 5 or 6 months later and said the position had "reopened" and asked if I was still interested. I told them absolutely not and explained why. They apparently had not been communicating internally, and HR was totally out of the loop.
