The interview process is a three part series: 1. Screening call from Human Resources. This part dives into background and some technical questions. They call it the "gauntlet". 2. Phone interview with the team/department manager. This part further dives into situations questions and technical questions. 3. In Person interview. This interview consists of a minimum of the team/department manager and possibly other team members. They go over your background and get a feel for you in person to see if you are a fit for the team.
