I had applied for this job online via LinkedIn. And was contacted by the HR of Mindbody within 2 weeks of applying and briefed me about the opportunity and was open to queries about the organisation. There was an online screen test - UCAT by Criteria corp which is a 40 mins test of Logical reasoning and personality assessment. Relatively easy. Post the test I had an interview scheduled with the Engineering manager which was nearly 45-50mins long. Due to covid this was over a Zoom call. While I didn't make it to the next rounds, there is no clear reason on the rejection of candidature.
