One on one and I appreciated that he looked me in the eyes while asking questions and listened to what I said. Other places I've interviewed with had a list of questions and they were so busy writing down my answer they didn't seem to engage with me. They let me know it might take a couple of weeks but that they would keep in contact, which I appreciate.
