I received an InMail on LinkedIn and scheduled a phone screen for a position that was being recruited for by a different organization. I liked that the MindSpring recruiter was honest about who her client was. However, If I knew that she was trying to source candidates to shoot over to her client, I would not have came in for a 1:1. Never received a response as to if my resume was accepted by the client nor was there any follow-up. I would not do business with this staffing firm again.
