I had three stage interview process, after initial chat with recruitment officer. The first stage was a skills based interview with head of team, second was an assessment and final was another chat. Then final stage was a little unnecessary in my opinion but otherwise it was an ok process

I had two interviews, one on the phone with People Team, the other a longer assessment with my team manager and department leader then a debrief of the assessment afterwards
