I completed all the steps of their process: first interview with the manager, then a business case, a second interview with the manager and a mid-level colleague to discuss the case, and finally the interview with the CEO. Unfortunately, after going through the entire process, they disappeared for a month and eventually sent me only an automatic rejection email. Not very professional.
