When I reached their Gurgaon office, they directly gave a critical programming problem to solve in their laptop which I took nearly 3 days to solve and you'll definitely get the offer if you are able to solve their problem. Once you'll solve their problem , the Director will discuss other aspects of your programming knowledge and exposure with you and then after a day or two the director or the HR will call you to explain the offer and will ask you to accept the offer immediately or within 2 days.
