They make you take a few assessments. Typing, copy and paste - basic skills. Then, they ask you generic interview questions and have you read a script. They let you sit and listen to a few calls and give you a tour of the establishment. They'll also give you a drug test where you swab your mouth and drool on it for a while.
All of the interviewers are friendly and professional. Try to ask a lot of questions when you're paired to listen to calls. The employees will tell you what it's really like.
