Poor interview, almost embarrassing from the internal recruitment team. Zero feedback there after. You cannot afford to be that arrogant given your reputation. Your Glassdoor rating speaks for itself. Highly recommend you work out 'who you are' from a GTM perspective before your internal team start planning to have actual conversations. US team likely have some great leaders, but you would never tell from the interaction with the team you have managing internal recruitment in the UK.
