The entire process - from applying online, to receiving a phone interview, to going on site, and to receiving an offer - all took about two weeks. The phone interview was really simple - it was primarily behavioral but the on site interview was a bit trickier. At the time of my application, they changed the interview process to include a short survey that requires you to answer how comfortable you are with certain technologies and concepts from a scale of 1 - 10. After that, you're given a written assessment exam to see if you have the baseline level of knowledge to work there. Overall, the interview process was pretty chill. The only two people I've interacted with were the Director of Operations and the SOC Manager.
