One phone interview with recruiter. One long phone interview with department manager. Two 1.5 hour interviews with department heads. The process went by very fast. I honestly thought I was going to get the job based on the two final on-site interviews. I believe I did well. There was some awkward competition between the two ladies I interviewed with which was very palpable and umcomfortable. They kept talking about who has more power in the department, really awakward. It was frustrating to interview for three hours and later hear from the recruiter I didn't get the job. Oh well. Maybe they have some internal competitions to focus on...
