Phone screen(15 minutes) with HR, followed by in-person interview in St. Louis. Interview was basically a waste of time-they asked about my experience, I fleshed out what was on my resume a little more, and was basically told that none of that was relevant to the position for which I was interviewing. Interview lasted ~20 minutes and was essentially a waste of my time considering that if they'd read my resume and cover letter they would have know I wasn't what they were looking for, and I took 2 days off work and traveled ~250 miles each way for an in-person interview.
