I applied online on Milliman website. It took around 2 weeks to get a response from the recruiter. I got excel questions for the first round. There are about 5 questions and took 30 minutes to complete. The questions involves pivot table, loss triangle, etc. After you complete, just send the answers back.

The first round is a call with a recruiter going over your resume and asking basic behavioral questions. Second and third rounds are with senior actuaries. There is also an assessment to be completed

was invited for hr screening two weeks after applying online, general behavioral questions last for 20 mins, then Excel assessment, final round was a superday interview, three rounds back to back
The interview was very long, lasting for nearly six hours, which made it quite exhausting both mentally and physically. The questions covered a wide range of topics, extending all the way back to my high school experiences.
