very weird to have someone go through 3 interviews, one where they had to literally create 2 mock cold calls, say you’ll follow up later in the week, then Im the one who has to reach out, just for you to say “there has been a pause on all sales roles” lol. you literally posted the position to be filled… at least be honest with your candidates.
