Met with 4 members of staff and had relaxed chat. No formal questions were asked. Was told ‘anyone can do this job, it’s more about team fit’ After receiving an email to say everyone enjoyed meeting me I never heard from them again. I️ chased a couple of times and was ignored by two of the senior members of staff I️ interviewed with. This was a disappointing experience after I️ took the time to research the company and spend half a day in their office - to not have the decency to let me know that I️ was not successful. Not the type of company I️ would now not want to work for hindsight. I️ have recruited people before and would never treat anyone in this manner.
