Intervies are what you would expect for officers. a 2 week NEO process then 3 weeks training up in NJ after that you can head to a ship down the street or across the globe.

Application was mainly composed of written compositions addressing their specific prompts. The interview was relatively quick....less than an hour. It was a one on one meeting. It was an overall good experience. Very organized and straight to the point.

The interview was a total joke. I spoke to my interviewer about what ports I traveled to while I was a cadet interning with the company. I can't even think of a way to legitimately describe this interview in 30 words without rambling on and being nonsensical
