The first interview was directly with a senior manager. There was no introduction to the company and the position. I got asked only personality questions. I had the chance to ask questions the last 5 mins of the interview. The information received was all high level and not practical at all. I had to google the info myself to get a better overview (which can be done in 2 mins from a hr instead). I was asked to complete 3 technical tasks before the second interview, plus to get a reference letter from a previous manager. I could not complete the tasks in time (3/4 days) because of personal physical problems, so I asked to postpone the interview a bit. I got rejected without a meeting reschedule, even though the start date was 3/4 months from now. I'm quite confused...

The interview process was fast, easy, and very friendly from start to finish. I felt comfortable throughout, and the team made a genuine effort to get to know me, not just my resume. The turnaround was quick, and I appreciated the transparency at every stage. Great overall impression!
