Completed a cognitive test, multiple interviews, presentation round, and several follow-up conversations. I was informed that an offer was expected within a few days, but communication ceased afterward and I never received any follow-up. Recently learned they promoted someone internally. Disappointing recruitment experience and a complete waste of my time.
