      Entrevista

      I applied for their Hybrid Onsite/Remote IT Support Specialist (Tier 1 and 2) positions. It's a one-way video interview and the process for it is horrible. Some of the interview questions were difficult to answer. I tried my best answering them in the most technical way that I know. I was completely honest on all the questions, but I guess my responses weren't technical enough for the company. After a day or two, I got a rejection letter saying that the company is not going to move forward with an offer. I anticipated that was going to happen because I was applying for a Tier 2 position, and I only have 3 years of Tier 1 experience. Then I saw on the company website that a Tier 1 position was available. I was happy and applied for it. A couple of hours later, my application was turned down. I had a talk with one of their talent scouts and he told me that I now have to wait a year to reapply because "they want to give the candidate time to get experience". That doesn't make any sense. The process would not give future potential candidates to reapply; it would discourage them and apply to other companies. After that, I spoke with the talent scout's supervisor to file a complaint and she wasn't helpful. I ended up being rude to her after and I'm super sorry about that. I'm going through a rough patch right now and I feel useless if I'm not able to provide for my family. Oh, and another thing, about the 1 year waiting period to reapply, it's not mentioned while filling out the application or after submitting it. Very misleading. Avoid applying for this company at all times! Avoid Applying for Miles IT Interview Process IS Horrible!
