We have designed a uniform set of behavioral and situational questions for each job position across divisions. We ask the same questions to all candidates for each role so we can maintain a consistent approach. Our video interviews are convenient for both the candidate to complete and the hiring manager to review.
We do our best to find a place on our team when we identify talent that we'd like to bring on board. This can occassionally mean that we will aks for a second interview for a different position if a candidate isn't qualified for the initial role or if that role has already been filled.
