I applied and was invited to do a one-way video interview. About 2 months later, I was invited to interview in person, which included a tour of the building and three interviews over a few hours. The offices are very nice. There doesn't seem to be any flexibility on working from home (1 day a week after 1 year working there, from what I was told).
