Long! The first interview took most of the day. To be fair, they do warn you. The second interview they want to film you. Which is not all in all unpleasant. What's nice is they let you talk to upper management and the "important people" and you get a strong feel for the company. What is not nice is they seem to ignore your feedback of being "green" and ask cookie cutter questions they'd ask to everyone.
