Was contacted via email after submitting my application and told that the position had been filled. Was contacted 3 days later and asked to come in for an interview because the other applicant declined the position after receiving a counteroffer. I had a face-to-face interview with the Directors of Engineering and then spoke with the Technical Recruiter about the company in general.
