They called me in for two interviews. The first was with the VP who went over the basic job description, my work history, what I had done recently. It was pretty straightforward and I didn't have to do too much explaining; the second interview was with the team lead which was far less formal; I just showed a positive attitude and chimed in with whatever I predicted she was going to say. She had a good impression of me and I was hired on.
