I applied online through the careers page from an advertisement I had seen on Indeed.com. About a week later their recruiter Nate called me and we had about a 30 minute phone conversation about what the company was like and what they were looking for. Seemed to have a pretty good culture. He asked me to explain my background and then asked a few general questions. I didn't have experience so we just chatted about what I could bring to the table/how I would act in certian situations. He sure made sure I wasn't scared of heights and was okay with travel though!

Entrevista
I applied online and a recruiter called me in a few days. Ran through initial questions, if I could travel, had a drivers license, when could I start, etc. He went over the company and told me a bit about what they do. I explained my background as well. About a day later the project manager called me to go into more technical detail. A day later I had an offer.
