I applied online. It took about a week and then a recruiter called me to discuss my application and resume. We talked on the phone for a bit, he asked me to tell him about my experience, he told me a little bit more about the company, and then said he would get back with me if they decided to do an in person interview. It look a little longer than I expected (a few days) and he called me and set up a time for me to come in. I interviewed with him, my manger, and another employee. It took about a week from there and I got the offer! Had to undergo the background check and get a physical and drug screen.

A recruiter called me a few days later and talked for probably 25 minutes on the phone about the company, the position, and then went over my experience. Then, I went into the office for an in-person interview. Pretty standard questions, nothing too hard. They really impressed on me their desire to have individuals that want a career over a job.
