Long but thorough. They schedule a pre screen, with email/indeed verification. Schedule an in person interview with a recruiter to go through the basics of the job, then with the department manager to go through the more specifics. I was told I also had to meet with the owner/operations director for a follow up interview if I was selected.I appreciate they offer a job shadow. Kind of a drag to get a final decision, but the recruiter was great at keeping me updated. She did say they just opened up the position, so i was one of the first to be interviewed so i understood the lag. During the interview process, i was able to observe the work environment which was pretty open and business casual.
