A lot of the interview process centered on personal thoughts on education and where you thought education was heading in terms of technology, off-campus vs on-campus learning, access to education, etc. The questions were predominately focused on revealing your personal insight, values, and outlook within the field of education. Other questions focused on past experience -- sharing what you'd done in the past that would be applicable and make you a good fit for this position.
