1st Interview - Phone screen with hiring manager. Nice ~30 minute discussion about my background and the role 2nd interview - 5 hour interview with 5 different people. They all seemed like they found out about the interview on the day of - for a company that seeks a project manager, you would think they would have planned it with more intention. Was offered 1 bottle of water (had to request a second after 3 hours). Was not offered coffee. Was not offered any food. It was not an impressive experience! It is no wonder the last candidate departed after 3 months. Don’t waste your time!
