Sent in an application and was contacted a couple of days later. Met with the CEO and CTO of the company, both of them nice people. I was expecting to be asked some technical questions, but for the most part they only inquired about my background and experience. I lacked the programming experience they were looking for, so in lieu of that, they asked me if I would be willing to be more of a utility person, assisting with various areas instead of specifically what the position entailed.
