Three step process. Questionare, phone interview, and in person interview. Very extensive in your background and prior work history. I started working at a restaurant when i was 14 and I didn’t receive a W2 (because you don’t file taxes as a minor) so I did not get credit for those years of work experience

One interview with my supervisor face to face, about an hour or less. Quite a few questions and some seemed redundant. I felt like they would have the same sort of answer.

Entrevista
The time it takes from submitting the employment application until you are hired can be 2-4 weeks. I don't understand why, considering all the interview questions are bland and generic. They should skip the 2 different interviews and just hire people since their turnover couldn't get much worse.
