The interview process was rather simple. Due to the generally quick turn over of the position I was applying for there were few qualifications you needed in order to apply. There was a drug test that I submitted but that was done away with which was a large mistake. In the time that I was there, we had to fire a few employees who were hired after me due to drug related issues.
