It's very simple, easiest interview I've ever been to. She does all the asking and basically reads from her forms. The manager is very friendly. She does take notes on what your responses are so be honest, this includes your work history, back ground check & credit history. She explained the role & hours she doesn't necessarily do the hiring everything has to be confirmed by the higher manager, the DM. Once its over she does get with your references & after that you do a drug test.
