First interview is phone interview, which is called by recruiter. The second interview is with the hiring manager. It was a two hours interview, (one hour technical exam which include programming, logic thinking, knowledge on electrical & electronics) and the next hour will be some behavioral interview questions.

It will be 2 hours interviews session which include technical and common questions. The first one hour is like an examination where I got 10 questions to answer. After that. explain each question to the hiring manager. Then, it will be IQ test to see how the candidate thinking in solving engineering problems.
