Asked about academic performance, other related to my CV & general questions. How would I be relevant to the job and what can I contribute, despite not being a perfect match.
Asked what I knew about Micron's background in Singapore, what I know about the semiconductor device fabrication process. Then how the job plays a part in the whole process.
Outlined a lot of differences between written job description and actual job scope in a day's work.

I was given by a pair of friendly interviewers. They let me finish the technical test and then take the test to meet the interviewers. Interviewers are professional engineers in their own role and they even shared more details about the job they are hiring.
Face to face at site, standard interview process.
First round had one interviewer, just an overall culture fit check to see if you are capable of understanding the needs of the team.
